Standing on a hilltop and indulging in prolonged 'landscape staring' is hugely satisfying.  Passivity not acquisition is perhaps the key to allowing the landscape to introduce itself to me.  

At the end of the conversation, it is always hoped that the resulting manifestation of this silent and profound dialogue exchange between the landscape and me will be presented back to me as being faithful and true. 

My wholehearted desire is to be looking at the image in print form and within a reflected light environment, with the hope that there will exist parity between what I saw and felt then and what I see and feel now.
